Merger Announcement -Brackett Green USA, Advanced Water Screening Technology

Brackett Green USA Inc., a leader in the supply of water and waste water intake screening technology is pleased to announce the merger with their subsidiary, Brackett Green WSA, Inc.

Brackett Green USA originally acquired WSA of Milwaukee, WI on January 1st, 1999 to form Brackett Green WSA, Inc., which remained head quartered in Milwaukee. The acquisition of WSA complimented Brackett Green's superior screening technology by adding Debris Filters and Automatic Tube Cleaning Systems primarily of the protection and performance enhancement of condensers.

Brackett Green WSA relocated its staff to the existing BG-USA Houston office in September of 2002. In October of 2003, the decision was made to formally merge the two companies into Brackett Green USA, Inc.

The merger of Brackett Green WSA with Brackett Green USA reinforces Brackett's commitment to the water filtration and condenser protection markets. The company now has the ability to offer one tender for cooling water projects from beginning to end to include Stop Gates, Bar Screens, Trash Rakes, Water Screens (Dual Flow, Thru Flow or Drum), Fish Screens, Cathodic Protection, Automatic Controls, Trash Baskets, Debris Filters, Automatic Tube Cleaning Systems and Fine Strainers for nozzle protection.

Brackett Green's experience of over 100 years combined with WSA's existing installation base make for a natural fit for the cooling water / condenser protection markets.
